Project: In the above-ground U-shaped building with several functions there are 2 basement floors + ground floor + 6 upper floors with a total of 99 unique luxury apartments, offices and retail space. The separate operation of the individual functions is guaranteed by 5 stairwells. The penthouse apartments on the 6th floor have large roof terraces. A two-storey roof garden was built on the area bounded by the wings of the building, and a garden and playground were built on the property.
The building services were housed on the 7th floor. The apartments are equipped with ceiling cooling / heating and floor heating.
